STATE OF HAWAII JUDICIARY
Hawaii's state courts are open and functioning, although differently than before the pandemic. The courts in each circuit have implemented a variety of orders and procedures designed to reduce the spread of SARS-CoV-2 and the disease it causes, COVID-19.
